nasionalism..

Land is a package filled with millions of people, but there are also countries that have tens of millions of densely populated but still continue to dwell on it because of the great leadership. Major countries in the world like Amarika States and Saudi Arabia formed the country to the level of captain. The amount of solid was not the reason for the downfall of the country.

Each individual has dragged root lineage of the family to grow up to be traders, entrepreneurs, engineers also for the government.  Country is the name of the hall in which according to the dictionary means domestic, regional, provincial, homeland, continent, island, temple and zamin. Meanwhile, according to Weber, the state is a society that has a monopoly on the legitimate use of physical force within a given territory.

However, there is a balance to the integrity of a country is a strong sense bases that exist in every society. Independent spirit is the soul that has mindset in which the ideology of nationalism ideology which puts the country and the nation's place at the top, thus giving birth to the spirit of patriotism among the people.

Nationalism is basically derived from the word in the english language that combines the nation (nation) and ISM (understand). Thus, the inclusion of these two words make sense of nationalism classified as patriotism and the nation itself deep (House Dictionary Fourth Edition). In today's era of nationalism is more focused on the political, military, ethnic and religious fields.

So the media is the best medium to allow nationalism to move in a dynamic and constantly explored the importance of ensuring that the heart and soul of the people always love and devotion to the nation. Nationalism is divided into six branches, namely, civic nationalism, ethnic nationalism, romantic nationalism, cultural nationalism, nationalism is enacted, and religious nationalism.

Each one of them related to each other. For example, a combination of nationalism enacted misunderstanding civic and ethnic nationalism. However, on the issue of nationalism is closely related to religious matters. For example, the average population of the earth, Malaysia is a Muslim, but why the onset of formation of the Association of Apostasy in Malaysia. Is there validity ethnocentric? All the people feel that they are a great nation, their religion and their attitude completely transparent? What exactly is being planned Kristionis in our country? All this is the work of the media in determining the extent to which is true.

Kreungs remote tribe..

copy paste from http://pingbusuk.org/v/1097185/amalan-suku-kreung-benarkan-anak-remaja-jalinkan-hubungan-seks-bebas.html
translate in English..
Kreungs is a remote tribe in northeastern Cambodia is a very liberal and open to sexual stuff. When a girl reaches the mid-teens, parents will develop a 'love shack' and encourage her to see a small boy and spent the night with them to meet her true love with anyone who wants to marry her.

They believe this is the best way to find the best husband their daughter who is a perfect match. They believe that such a marriage, the relationship will not last long and filled with love. CRC girl sure about the sexual, they will know how to deal with men. They know exactly what they want when in a relationship with a man.

That tradition is the way Kreungs handle their teenage daughter. According to those in the modern era where divorce and rape are common in western society, particularly communities Kreungs never experienced divorce and a rape in their communities. Now, in this region, a campaign to spread awareness about safe sex, is to use a condom.

ang Chan is a teenage girl 17 years old now living in a shack in love in her parents' backyard. Let's look at his views on love shack:

"Lodges that give us the freedom and the best way in which we can explore our true lover.

"When the boys came to spend the night with me .. I do not want them to touch me, then they will not do that. We're just talking and go to sleep. If I see some guy, and we both love each other, then I'm going to do 'intimate relationship with him in my hut.

"But if I stop loving him and find other teens that I saw more exciting, then I would stop having sex with my friends before. I moved into my hut when I was 15 years old .. time I've had four boyfriends.

"I do not care, how many other guys come stay the night with me. There's two or three times. I feel no obligation to have sex with men, just as he slept next to me. We're girls, very strong hold stand to prove their true love before intimacy occurs.

"I worry about pregnancy we want. But parents have clearly teaches how to avoid it and have sex only with men who really we love. If a girl is pregnant by someone who did not love him, but there was another guy mencintainy, then he would marry girl and continue to take the baby as his own.

my story about photography

when i was in UiTM Malacca, my feild of study is majoring in photography..
the things i mostly like about photography is capturing a moment.. since i be one of UiTM student 3 years ago, i have learned how to capture and modified the pictures using DSLR camera.

photography is actualy drawing with light. these is because when you need to photograph any event, any kind of things, you have to work with light..

photography is something that we need to come out with an ideas. we cannot simply memories the moment without any knowledge about photography.. we have to know the suitable time to capturing the moment, we need to know about the perspective, about the line, about the color and many more..

these is a bit part of my task when i were in UiTm 3 years ago.. enjoy the moment...

communication skill...

Listening
Being a good listener is one of the best ways to be a good communicator. No one likes communicating with someone who only cares about putting in her two cents, and does not take the time to listen to the other person. Instead, practice active listening. Active listening involves paying close attention to what the other person is saying, asking clarifying questions, and rephrasing what the person says to ensure understanding ("So, what you're saying is…"). Through active listening, you can better understand what the other person is trying to say, and can respond appropriately.

Nonverbal Communication
Your body language, eye contact, hand gestures, and tone all color the message you are trying to convey. A relaxed, open stance (arms open, legs relaxed), and a friendly tone will make you appear approachable, and will encourage others to speak openly with you. Eye contact is also important; you want to look the person in the eye to demonstrate that you are focused on the person and the conversation (however, be sure not to stare at the person, which can make him or her uncomfortable). Also pay attention to other people's nonverbal signals while you are talking. Often, nonverbal signals convey how a person is really feeling. For example, if the person is not looking you in the eye, he or she might be uncomfortable or hiding the truth.

Clarity and Concision
Try to convey your message in as few words as possible. Say what you want clearly and directly, whether you're speaking to someone in person, on the phone, or via email. If you ramble on, your listener will either tune you out or will be unsure of exactly what you want. Think about what you want to say before you say it; this will help you to avoid talking excessively and/or confusing your audience.

Friendliness
Through a friendly tone, a personal question, or simply a smile, you will encourage your coworkers to engage in open and honest communication with you. This is important in both face-to-face and written communication. When you can, personalize your emails to coworkers and/or employees - a quick "I hope you all had a good weekend" at the start of an email can personalize a message and make the recipient feel more appreciated.

Confidence
It is important to be confident in all of your interactions with others. Confidence ensures your coworkers that you believe in and will follow through with what you are saying. Exuding confidence can be as simple as making eye contact or using a firm but friendly tone (avoid making statements sound like questions). Of course, be careful not to sound arrogant or aggressive. Be sure you are always listening to and empathizing with the other person.
